Why We Built This Site
Missouri makes many court records available to the public, but the correct custodian is not always obvious. The Randolph County Circuit Clerk keeps judicial records, while the separate County Clerk holds County Commission and election material. Missouri Case.net brings together public case information, yet a court date, a secure document, or a certified record can still require the court clerk. We organize those routes so a visitor can start with the office that actually holds the record.
The local distinctions matter. Randolph is part of the 14th Judicial Circuit, Moberly municipal cases moved to Huntsville after the city court closed, and some city ordinance cases have associate-division assignments. A generic court-directory entry cannot convey those routing differences.
What You Will Find Here
The pages focus on public access paths and how to read court information, with links to the official county and Missouri court sources.
- Docket pages: local explanations of criminal court dockets and civil court dockets.
- Settings: the Court Schedule path for locating and confirming a hearing.
- Public searches: a Docket Search explanation for name and number searches.
- Copies: the Court Case Records page for docket sheets, filed documents, and clerk-certified copies.
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource, not a court office. It cannot access a sealed file, change a hearing, file a document, remove an entry, or decide what a case means. Only the Randolph County Circuit Clerk or the court that holds the case can provide an official docket or certified copy.
- We cannot issue a docket sheet, order, judgment, or case file.
- We cannot set, reset, or confirm a court appearance.
- We cannot alter, expunge, seal, or unseal a court record.
- We cannot accept court payments or resolve a citation.
- We cannot provide legal advice about a pending or completed matter.
For an official Randolph County record, begin with Missouri Case.net or contact the Randolph County Circuit Clerk at the court records office.
Search Partners
Some pages contain search boxes operated by third-party providers. Those providers run their own products, pricing, and privacy practices. A referral fee may be earned if a visitor chooses a paid service through one of those tools. The search tools do not replace the Missouri courts, Case.net, or the Circuit Clerk as the source of an official record.
